GIVING OPPORTUNITIES is overseen by a Board of Directors, which is accountable for the charity's overall governance, strategic direction, and successful implementation of its charitable. The Board is made up of Directors and a secretary, and is chaired by the Chairperson.

Chair
Paul grew up in Guernsey and has spent 35 years working in financial services on island and in London & Dublin. He is an experienced company director and has been involved with a number of third sector organisations over the last 25 years, the majority of which have focused on providing access and opportunity to everyone in the community.
